Reviews and Ratings
I had an overall decent stay at Whitelaw Hotel, with a prime location just a block away from Ocean Drive that really made exploring South Beach easy. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which added a nice touch to my experience. However, I ran into an issue when the blankets were not available in the room, which led to a rather uncomfortable night. The hotel definitely has some potential with its vibrant atmosphere and great service, but a few hiccups dampened the experience.
My stay at the Whitelaw Hotel was enjoyable, with very nice service that made me feel welcome. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach and all the lively attractions South Beach has to offer. However, the noise level in the room was a bit high at points due to thin walls, which affected my overall experience. 🚶♀️🥂
I had mixed feelings about my stay at the Whitelaw Hotel. The location was fantastic, just a block from the beach, which was a big plus. However, I faced issues with some staff interactions, particularly with the manager, ROSS, who was not very helpful or empathetic when I raised concerns about noise. Overall, the atmosphere was lively and the happy hour was a great benefit, but the service and some room conditions left much to be desired.
I had a mixed experience at Whitelaw Hotel. The location was fantastic, just a block from the beach and the rooms were clean. However, I had a few issues with noise and the responsiveness of the staff, which made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.
While the hotel's location is fantastic, just a block from the beach, my overall experience was marred by poor service and numerous issues during my stay. I faced rude treatment from management, particularly from ROSS, who showed no empathy when I addressed my complaints. The amenities were lacking, with thin walls and no hot water, making my stay quite uncomfortable.
